Palming the Spool: If you ever feel that additional braking is needed, Fly Logic has built-in rim palm control. Simply hold your retrieve hand out flat and apply your palm to the rim of the spool. Keep your knuckles clear, the handle can play havoc with them, especially with a hot fish.
